Mulhouse is a city and commune in eastern France, close to the Swiss and German borders. It is the largest city in the Haut-Rhin department, and the second largest in the Alsace region after Strasbourg.

Most of the event, except meeting banquet, will be held at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies, 18 rue des Frères Lumière, the Campus Illberg of the University of Haute Alsace, Mulhouse, France. (maps)
