Participants who wish to present a paper are invited to submit a strong and conclusive one-page abstract.

The abstracts of accepted papers will be downloaded on a memory stick which will be included in the workshop bag.

• Abstract Instruction/Template: Please download the abstract  form and follow the instructions to prepare your abstract.
• Abstract Submission have  to be mailed at : IWLM2014@uha.fr

Selection of paper and the mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee based on the abstracts. Notification of acceptance will be send to the authors by April the 30^th 2014.

·         Oral Presentation Instructions

Presentations are 20 minutes in length (45minutes for invited speakers), including questions.

All visual presentations will be made via computer using Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat. USB flash drives are recommended for the transfer of presentation files.  Please make sure that your PowerPoint slides are shown correctly on the screen of the conference room computer. If not, go back to your own computer and convert the file to a PDF file and present it with Adobe Acrobat.

 If you have videos, audios, or both in your presentation, please test your presentation in the conference room early to make sure they work.  You may have to copy the original audio or video files to the conference room computer and insert the video/audio files into your presentation again. 

·         Poster Presentation Instruction

We recommend that you set your poster size to an A0 format, 841 mm (33.11 inches) wide X 1189 mm (46.81 inches) tall. Mounting materials will be supplied. Posters should be mounted by 4:00 pm on Wednesday 27 and remained on the boards until 10:45am Friday 29.

It is advisable to print numerous copies of your poster as leaflets to distribute to meeting attendees. Poster speakers are required to be present in front of their posters during the poster session time period for discussion and questions :

6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday 27

12:15-1:30 pm Thursday 28

and also during the coffee-breaks.
