Registration fees for the participants include: admission to the opening and closing ceremony, workshop bag with workshop materials, electronic version of the abstracts volume, lunches, coffee-breaks, social event and banquet during the conference and pass for transport by tram.

Cancelations: cancellations of participation at the conference, accommodation and services will be accepted only by written with the following conditions:
Before June the 15th: refund of 80% of the received payment, bank charges being charged to the participant
Between June the 15th and July the 1st: refund of 50% of the received payment, bank charges being charged to the participant
After July the 1st 2014: no refund for cancellations after this date.
